Abstract：With the deepening of globalization and the prevailing of SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, to fulfill the social responsibility initiatively becomes a pathway for enterprises to dive into the wave of globalization. And it is also a measure to strengthen social responsibility management, as well as a nudge for sustainable growth. A big progress of social responsibility is achieved during the year 2011 and 2012. However, there remain many problems to deal with, and a big gap to bridge compared with developed countries. In this chapter, we conclude the stage achievements made by Chinese enterprises and remaining problems, then explore the idea of social responsibility construction. At last, we propose solutions in views of the government, the social organizations, theoretical researches and social media.
